Bringing Hope To Those Who Need It Most

The Pennsylvania Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition is a statewide network of parents and professionals dedicated to improving the care and quality of life for the children living everyday with lifethreatening, life-limiting illnesses or conditions and their families. It was established out of an identified need for a more comprehensive pediatric healthcare delivery system, open and honest communication, and better funding and reimbursement for pediatric palliative and hospice programs and education.

The coalition consists of four primary workgroups: Legislative and Advocacy, Website Development,Resources and Public Relations. Through these workgroups, PA-CHaPCC will continuously work toward bringing the information, options and support that every child and family deserves.

The Pennsylvania Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition (PA-CHaPCC) is committed to providing leadership and advocacy in understanding and promoting palliative and end-of-life care for children with life limiting conditions.

Our Vision

PA-CHaPCC acts as an advocate and educational resource, facilitating relationships by encouraging support among children, their families, professional service providers, legislative and regulatory agencies and funding sources.
